Appearance[]
Valencia is a middle-aged Wingidon with her hair dyed turquoise. Her attire includes a black dress with dark grey feet gloves. She has golden bracelets on her arms and her wings are ornamented with light blue motif.
Personality[]
A generally fair ruler, though not without her controversies. She is quite obsessed with flying competitions, and thus arranged many races which switched her focus away from actually building her kingdom. She also refused to attend several conferences between her and the Serina royalty, worsening the already heated tensions between Karnora Kingdom and Serina Dynasty.
Skills[]
She has no combat skills, though she has decent leading experience. She is also a talented air acrobat.
